What does Jiils refurbished mean?+−

Used means tested and cleaned too, but sold as-is without holding to that same cosmetic standard; the exact condition is described in each listing. Both come with honest photos and a Jiils warranty. How is laptop battery health graded?+−
Mac: we report the System Information cycle count and condition (Normal / Service Recommended). Windows laptops: full charge cycle reported when the OEM reports it (Lenovo Vantage, HP CMD, Dell Power Manager). Anything below 70% rated capacity is disclosed in the listing and reflected in the grade.
