Refurbished means tested, cleaned, and in good working order — with a higher cosmetic bar (good screen, no major marks). Used means tested and cleaned too, but sold as-is without holding to that same cosmetic standard; the exact condition is described in each listing. Both come with honest photos and a Jiils warranty. Condition specifics are in each listing — if something isn't stated, just ask and we'll confirm.
Most are. Each listing states "Unlocked" or names the network the device is locked to. Locked devices are priced lower and we'll flag the unlock cost if you ask before buying.
iPhone: we paste the exact "Maximum Capacity" percentage from Settings → Battery → Battery Health into every listing. Samsung and Pixel: the AccuBattery / OEM diagnostic value, or "Not measurable" when the OS doesn't expose it. Anything below 70% is disclosed in the title.
